BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for your inquiry and request to book an appointment, in order to assist you in securing an appointment please: 

1) Fill in the following booking form below and
2) Pay your non-refundable deposit of 
3) £35.00 (Outer London) or
      £75.00 (Inner London)

Please state your full name, contact number, and desired clinic for treatment.

Please give at least 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to give at least 48hrs notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Please note that all deposits are non refundable.
 
A 50% deposit is required on group bookings.
Deposits and payments from group bookings must be made on one credit card only

Please note allocation of appointment time will be as close to your requested time as possible. Allocation will based on a first come first serve basis and payment of deposit.
Although every effort will be made to accommodate your requested time, it will be much appreciated if you are prepared for a little flexibility.
